From registration to your first confirmed inquiry — here's what the process looks like.
For veterinary practices
Register your practice
Complete the 5-minute signup wizard with your practice details, location, and manager account. Search first to see if you can claim an existing listing.
Verification review
Our team reviews your application, verifies your business identity, and approves or requests additional information. You receive email updates throughout.
Publish and manage
Once approved, your verified profile appears in the PetMyDear directory and app. Edit hours, services, and photos any time from your dashboard.
Receive inquiries
Pet owners discover your practice and submit appointment requests or use your existing booking link. Your team responds from the inquiry inbox.
Confirm appointments
Review each request, confirm a specific date and time, propose alternatives, or decline. The pet owner sees the status in real time.
Optional: pet history sharing
If the pet owner chooses to share, you receive a scoped care summary — medications, allergies, vaccines — for the visit. This requires an explicit owner action after booking confirmation.

Browse the PetMyDear app or website by location, service type, and new-client availability.

See accurate hours, services, and verified badges. Only approved practices appear in search results.

Request or book
Submit an appointment request or tap 'Book on Clinic Website' to use the practice's own scheduling system.

Track status
See request status in real time — submitted, confirmed, or proposed alternate time — with email notifications.

Optionally share pet info
After a confirmed appointment, choose specific pet data to share with the clinic for that visit only. Scoped, time-limited, and revocable.
